2. Eligibility for Returns

The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Note: Items that are customized, handmade to order, or on sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If approved, your refund will be processed via bKash or your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer, you can request an exchange instead of a refund for the same or another available product.
We’ll ship the replacement item once your return is received and approved.
